How Hastakala handles customer, checkout, support, and newsletter information.

We collect information needed to process orders, respond to support requests, send collection updates, and improve the storefront experience.
Checkout and payment data is handled through Shopify and payment providers; Hastakala does not store full card details on this storefront.
We use customer information for order fulfillment, fraud prevention, customer support, shipping communication, legal compliance, and optional marketing communication.
Newsletter messages are sent only to customers or visitors who opt in, and unsubscribe options should be honored promptly.
Data may be shared with Shopify, payment providers, shipping partners, analytics tools, and support tools where needed to operate the store.
We do not sell customer personal information.
